USCIS announced on March 18 that it will suspend in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices, and Application Support Centers (ASCs) at least through April 1, 2020. Most appointments, including naturalization ceremonies and interviews, will be automatically rescheduled and applicants will receive new notices in the mail.
USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not require meeting with the public. As now they will continue to process petitions normally.
