TPS UPDATE

The Trump administration has ended temporary protected status (TPS) for tens of thousands of people from Honduras and Nepal. Nationals of at least five other countries will also lose their TPS benefits by the end of 2018.

TPS provides employment authorization and relief from deportation for people from countries that have experienced environmental disaster, armed conflict, or other extraordinary conditions.
